FRONT CONSOLE BOX

Front Console Box:

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET LOWER





a. Detach the 8 claws and remove the box pocket.

2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





b. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 dampers.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

c. Remove the 4 screws and compartment door.





3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY





a. Slide the door hinge and remove the 2 screws.
b. Remove the 2 screws and door hinge.

4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY





a. Place protective tape as shown in the illustration.
b. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 clips.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

c. Detach the 2 claws and remove the door lock.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY





a. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the door lock.

2. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY





a. Install the 2 screws.
b. Slide and install the door hinge with the 2 screws.

3. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the 4 screws.
b. Attach the 2 dampers.





c. Attach the 2 claws to install the compartment door.





4. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX POCKET LOWER





a. Attach the 8 claws to install the box pocket.
