Blower Unit

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT
a. Remove the air filter cover, air refiner element and frame.




2. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws and recirculation damper servo.




3. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws and blower w/ fan motor.

REASSEMBLY




1. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the blower w/ fan motor and the 3 screws.




2. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the recirculation damper servo and the 3 screws.

3. INSTALL AIR REFINER ELEMENT
a. Install the air filter cover, air refiner element and frame.
