BRAKE: FRONT BRAKE:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 34 Nm (350 kgf-cm, 25 ft-lbf)
(b) Install a new gasket to the front brake flexible hose.






(c) Connect the front brake flexible hose with the union bolt to the disc brake cylinder assembly.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Install the front brake flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder assembly.

2. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

3. BLEED BRAKE LINE Service and Repair

4. BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY Service and Repair

5. INSPECT BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR Service and Repair

6. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
