2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ECU:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT ECU






(a) Install the active control engine mount ECU with the nut.
Torque: 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)






(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL RH Installation

3. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Front Passenger Side Knee Airbag Assembly

4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Installation

7. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH Installation

8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

9. INSPECT FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Front Passenger Side Knee Airbag Assembly

10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT Front Passenger Side Knee Airbag Assembly
