NAVIGATION: NAVIGATION ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. INSTALL NO. 2 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Install the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A to the ECU.
(b) Install the 2 screws labeled B.






2. INSTALL NO. 1 DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Install the bracket's aligning protrusions labeled A to the ECU.
(b) Install the 2 screws labeled B.






3. INSTALL NAVIGATION ECU WITH DISC PLAYER BRACKET
(a) Install the ECU with bracket with the 3 bolts.
(b) Connect the ECU connectors.
4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Installation

11. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH Installation

13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
14. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

15. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
