Removal








AIR CONDITIONING: REAR COOLING UNIT:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH Removal

2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Removal

3. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
4. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE REAR Removal

5. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD RH Removal

7. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH Removal

8. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair

9. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT LIQUID PIPE D






(a) Remove the nut and the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.
NOTE: Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

10. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION PIPE C
HINT: Disconnect of the cooler refrigerant suction pipe C is the same way as the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe D.

11. REMOVE COOLER AIR DUCT NO. 1






(a) Remove the clip and the cooler air duct No. 1.
12. REMOVE COOLING (REAR) UNIT ASSEMBLY






(a) Disconnect the connectors.
(b) Remove the 3 bolts and the cooling (rear) unit assembly.
