DESCRIPTION

This circuit provides power to the front wiper motor and operates the main body ECU LH (cowl side J/B LH).

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU LH (COWL SIDE J/B LH)





(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:






NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU LH (COWL SIDE J/B LH) - BODY GROUND)
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU LH (COWL SIDE J/B LH) - BODY GROUND)





(a) Disconnect the LD and main body ECU LH (cowl side J/B LH) connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU LH (COWL SIDE J/B LH) - BATTERY)





(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
