WIPER AND WASHER: RAIN SENSOR: REMOVAL
REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
2. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the connector and unlock the stopper by pulling it down.
(b) Remove the sensor from the sensor bracket.
(c) Remove the rain sensor tape.
NOTE:
Rain sensor tape cannot be reused.
