Installation








LIGHTING: HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) When replacing the rear height control sensor sub-assembly:
(1) Align the rear height control sensor sub-assembly using the match mark and the marking on the bracket from the previous installation of the nut and temporarily install the nut.
(b) When reusing the rear height control sensor sub-assembly:
(1) Align the matchmarks on the rear height control sensor sub-assembly and bracket and temporarily install the nut.
(c) Install the rear height control sensor sub-assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.
Bolt - Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)





(d) Engage the clamp.
(e) Connect the connector.
2. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 4WD)





(a) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)





(b) Install the front height control sensor sub-assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)





(a) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)





(b) Install the front height control sensor sub-assembly with the nut.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connector.
