Installation








2UR-FSE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ECM: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ECM
(a) Install the 2 ECM brackets with the 4 screws.





(b) Install the ECM with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)
(c) Connect the 6 ECM connectors.
2. CONNECT NO. 2 CONNECTOR HOLDER





(a) Attach the 2 claws to connect the connector holder.
(b) Connect the 2 engine wire connectors.
3. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU





(a) Install the ECU with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)
(b) Connect the 4 ECU connectors.





4. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER
(a) Install the ECU cover with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)
5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation
6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
7. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP Installation
8. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER Installation
9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
