ENGINE IMMOBILIZER: TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION





1. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER
(a) Install the transponder key amplifier with the screw.
(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY COIL





(a) Install the key cylinder light and transponder key coil with the screw.





(b) Install the ignition protector with the 2 screws.
(c) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the steering column assembly Installation.
4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization Repair Instruction - Initialization.
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

6. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
