EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Install the mounting bracket with the 2 bolts.
2. INSTALL FRONT SIDE REFLEX REFLECTOR LH





(a) Install the reflector with the screw.
3. INSTALL FRONT SIDE REFLEX REFLECTOR RH
(a) Install the reflector with the screw.
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING INNER LH
(a) Attach the claws to install the moulding.
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING INNER RH
(a) Attach the claws to install the moulding.
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING OUTER LH
(a) Attach the claws to install the moulding.
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING OUTER RH
(a) Attach the claws to install the moulding.
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH
(a) Attach the claws to install the hole cover.
9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
(a) Attach the claws to install the hole cover.
10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Install the fog light with the 3 bolts.
11. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the fog light with the 3 bolts.
12. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE
(a) Attach the clamps to install the hose.
13. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the headlight washer actuator with the 2 clips and bolt.
14. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the headlight washer actuator with the 2 clips and bolt.
15. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE LH
(a) Install the washer nozzle to the headlight washer actuator.
(b) Install the clamp.
16. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

17. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING
(a) Attach the claws to install the moulding.
(b) Install the 6 screws.
