Procedures Necessary When Battery Terminal Is Disconnected/Reconnected





INTRODUCTION: REPAIR INSTRUCTION: INITIALIZATION

1. PROCEDURES NECESSARY WHEN BATTERY TERMINAL IS DISCONNECTED/RECONNECTED

NOTICE:
* After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
* When the auxiliary battery is replaced or the cable is disconnected from its negative (-) battery terminal, the ISC learning value will be initialized and symptoms as a noise from the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly may occur until ISC learning is performed.
* Therefore, perform ISC learning when the auxiliary battery is replaced or the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) terminal of the auxiliary battery Loud Rattle From Hybrid Vehicle Transmission.
