Installation





PRE-COLLISION: SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU





(a) Install the seat belt control ECU to the certification ECU with the bolt.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Install the seat belt control ECU together with the certification ECU with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the connectors.

2. INSTALL DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE Installation

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH Installation

8. INSTALL INNER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET COVER LH Installation

9. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

11. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

12. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Check Mode Procedure.
