DESCRIPTION

This circuit provides power to the windshield wiper switch assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

(a) w/ Auto Wiper System:

(1) Disconnect the F42 windshield wiper switch assembly connector.





(2) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:





(3) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

(b) w/o Auto Wiper System:

(1) Disconnect the F42 windshield wiper switch assembly connector.





(2) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
