2ZR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor through a new gasket.

SST : 09205-76030

without SST - Torque : 20 Nm (200 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

with SST - Torque : 17 Nm (175 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when using SST with a fulcrum length of 25 mm (0.984 in.) and a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 180 mm (7.09 in.) Service Precautions.
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.

(b) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
