1UR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: REMOVAL

CAUTION:
* The exhaust pipe is extremely hot immediately after the engine has stopped.
* Confirm that the exhaust pipe has cooled down before removing it.
1. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

(a) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.





(b) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front No. 2 exhaust pipe.

2. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

(a) Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.





(b) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe.
