Removal





2GR-FSE EMISSION CONTROL: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Sensor 2): REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH Removal

4. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX Removal

8. DISCONNECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR CONNECTOR

(a) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector (bank 1).





(b) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector (bank 2).





9. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for 2WD)

(a) Disconnect the 2 grommets.





(b) Using SST, remove the 2 heated oxygen sensors.

10. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for 4WD)

(a) Disconnect the 2 grommets and 4 clamps.





(b) Using SST, remove the 2 heated oxygen sensors.
