Installation

WIPER AND WASHER: WASHER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY

(a) Install the headlight cleaner control relay.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the headlight cleaner motor and pump.

3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump.

4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer jar and pump with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)





(b) w/o Headlight Cleaner System:

(1) Connect the 2 connectors.

(c) w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

(1) Connect the headlight cleaner hose to the windshield washer jar and pump.





(2) Connect the 4 connectors.

5. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the washer inlet with the bolt.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

6. FILL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

(a) Connect the washer hose to the windshield washer motor and pump, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.





7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Install the front bumper cover Installation.

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

10. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Installation

11. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Adjust the headlight Adjustments.
