Installation





2GR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.

(b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor and gasket.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE Installation

3. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) Service and Repair

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) Testing and Inspection

5. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

7. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER CAP (w/ Air Suspension) Installation

11. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield wiper motor and link assembly Installation.

12. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
