2AZ-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the sensor.

NOTICE:
Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing it.

(b) Install the camshaft position sensor with the bolt.

Torque : 6.5 Nm (66 kgf-cm, 57 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.

4. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

5. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL COWL BODY MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT RH Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL Installation

8. INSTALL WATER GUARD PLATE RH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

(a) Install the front wiper motor and link Installation.

10. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
