4GR-FSE LUBRICATION: OIL LEVEL SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL Replacement

2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH Removal

3. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER RH Removal

4. REMOVE NO. 1 BODY MOUNTING BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 BODY MOUNTING BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

7. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the engine oil level sensor connector.





(b) Remove the 4 bolts and oil level sensor.

(c) Cut off the gasket as shown in the illustration.

(d) Remove the gasket from the oil level sensor.

HINT
After cutting away the parts of the gasket shown in the illustration, remove only the outer part of the gasket.
