DESCRIPTION

This circuit provides power to the front wiper motor and operates the main body ECU LH (cowl side junction block LH).

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU LH (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)

(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU LH - BODY GROUND)

(a) Disconnect the LD connector from the main body ECU LH (cowl side junction block LH).





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU LH - BATTERY)

(a) Disconnect the LM connector from the main body ECU LH (cowl side junction block LH).





(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
