BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: STEERING ANGLE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL STEERING ANGLE SENSOR

(a) Align the locating pins, engage the 6 claws and install the steering angle sensor to the spiral cable.





2. INSTALL SPIRAL CABLE WITH STEERING ANGLE SENSOR Installation

3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER Installation

4. ADJUST SPIRAL CABLE Installation

5. INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL STEERING PAD Installation

7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER Installation

8. INSTALL LOWER NO. 3 STEERING WHEEL COVER Installation

9. INSPECT STEERING WHEEL CENTER POINT

(a) Inspect the steering wheel center point.

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

11. INSPECT STEERING PAD Installation

12. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
