Installation





SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: ACTIVE HEADREST INFLATOR: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST BRACKET Reassembly

2. INSTALL ACTIVE HEADREST INFLATOR

(a) Turn the inflator in the direction indicated by the arrow and install it.





(b) Attach the 2 guides and 2 clamps.

(c) Install the bolt and nut.

Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the connector.

NOTICE:
When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

3. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD Reassembly

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT Reassembly

5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY Reassembly

6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH Reassembly

8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH Reassembly

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH Reassembly

11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front seat assembly LH Installation.

12. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
