Cylinder Head Bolt





Standard Outside Diameter 10.85 to 11.00 mm (0.427 to 0.433 in.)
Minimum Outside diameter 10.6 mm (0.417 in.)
Measuring point for Intake Side Bolt 90 mm (3.543 in.) for intake side bolt
Measuring point for Exhaust Side Bolt 85 mm (3.346 in.)

If the diameter is less than the minimum, replace the cylinder head bolt.

Warpage





Standard warpage:





Maximum warpage 0.10 mm (0.0039 in.)

If the warpage is greater than the maximum, replace the cylinder head.
