Replacement

AIR CONDITIONING: PRESSURE SWITCH: REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Remove the front bumper cover Removal.

2. REMOVE PRESSURE SWITCH





(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the switch.

(c) Remove the O-ring from the pressure switch.

NOTICE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

3. INSTALL PRESSURE SWITCH





(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the pressure switch.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Install the O-ring on the pressure switch.

(c) Install the switch.

Torque : 10.8 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

(d) Connect the connector.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Install the front bumper cover Installation.
