Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. On models with tilt wheels, remove upper column extension shroud by unsnapping from retaining clip at 9 o'clock position.
3. Remove steering column cover attaching screws and the cover, then the signal lever.
4. Carefully lift wiring connector plug retainer tabs and disconnect the plugs from switch.
5. Remove switch retaining screws and lift up switch assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
