Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

1982---87 CONTINENTAL

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove righthand side wiper and blade assembly.
3. Remove cowl top grille retaining screws and grille.
4. Disconnect linkage drive arm from the motor output arm crankpin by removing retainer clip.
5. Disconnect electrical connector and remove three motor attaching screws.
6. Pull the motor from the opening.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
