AFFECTED VEHICLES
1992-model California Lincoln Town Car limousines equipped with 4.6L engines having calibration code 1-18S-R05 and manufactured at the Wixom Assembly Plant from 8/13/91 through 9/16/91.
REASONS FOR RECALL
The affected limousines were manufactured with incorrect electronic engine control (EEC) processors.
SERVICE ACTION
Cars returned for service will have electronic engine control (EEC) processors replaced.
