Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic (DPFE) EGR Sensor:
The Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic (DPFE) EGR system allows for a more accurate assessment of EGR flows. The DPFE directly monitors the pressure drop across the metering orifice. Controlled pressure is varied by the valve movement using vacuum output of the EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) solenoid.
