XB112 - Check FP Circuit For Short to Power



- Key "OFF".

- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.

- Variable Control Relay Module (VCRM) disconnected.

- Key "ON".

- Measure voltage between test pin 22 and test pin 40.

- Key "OFF".

- Was voltage less than 1.0 volt?

Yes -- Go to XB113. XB113 - Check VCRM FP Circuit

No -- Service Fuel Pump (FP) circuit short to power. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
