XB121 - Verify That Fuel Pump Is Off

- Key "ON", wait 5 seconds.

- Listen for motor noise from fuel pump.

- Is fuel pump off?

Yes -- Key "OFF". Go to XB126 (to check FPM circuit continuity and Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) for short to power). XB126 - Check FPM Circuit Continuity

No -- Key "OFF". Go to XB122 (to check power-to-pump / Fuel Pump Monitor (FPM) circuit short to power or High Speed Fuel Pump (HFP) circuit short to ground). XB122 - Check VCRM
