Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

Secondary Air Injection Pump:






^ Raise vehicle on hoist.
^ Disconnect secondary air injection pump outlet hose from secondary air injection pump outlet connector.
^ Remove secondary air injection pump inlet hose retainer and hose from RH front fender apron.
^ Remove secondary air injection pump retainer bolts and secondary air injection pump from RH front fender apron.
^ Disconnect electrical connector from secondary air injection pump.

INSTALLATION
^ To install, reverse removal procedures. Tighten retaining bolts to 9-12 Nm (80-106 in lb).
