Flow of Diagnosis

Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the
power windows/heated back window to duplicate the condition.

If the inspection reveals obvious concerns that can be readily identified, service as required.

If the concerns remain after the inspection, determine the symptoms and go to the Symptom Chart.
