Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor: Service and Repair

EGR Pressure Valve Sensor:






REMOVAL
^ Remove engine appearance cover, air cleaner outlet tube and engine air intake resonator.
^ Disconnect fuel charging wiring from EGR pressure valve sensor.
^ Disconnect EGR pressure valve sensor hoses from EGR pressure valve sensor.
^ Remove EGR pressure valve sensor retaining nuts and EGR pressure valve sensor from EGR pressure valve sensor bracket.

INSTALLATION
^ To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten EGR pressure valve sensor retaining nuts to 5-7 Nm (40-61 in lb).
