Control Assembly: Service and Repair




Removal

1. Remove battery ground cable (14301). Refer to Section 14-01.

2. NOTE: The instrument panel upper moulding (04268) is retained by snap-in tabs.

3. Remove the instrument panel upper moulding.

4. Remove four screws from the A/C control (19980) and pull the control out of the instrument panel (04320).






Installation

1. Connect the three electrical connectors and the vacuum connector to the A/C control.

2. Position the A/C control in the instrument panel and secure with four screws.

3. Install the instrument panel upper moulding by snapping in the bottom.

4. Connect battery ground cable.
