Wiper Control Module: Service and Repair






REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove instrument panel ash receptacle.
3. Disconnect electrical connector from windshield wiper governor.
4. Remove bolt retaining windshield wiper governor bracket to instrument panel.
5. Remove windshield wiper governor and windshield wiper governor bracket from vehicle.
6. Separate windshield wiper governor from windshield wiper governor bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten bolt retaining windshield wiper governor bracket to 6-8 Nm (54-70 Lb-In).
