Transmission Position Sensor/Switch: Adjustments

1. If equipped turn the air suspension switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
3. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.





4. Disconnect the manual lever shift control cable.





5. Loosen the digital TR bolts.





6. Use digital TR sensor alignment tool, to align the digital TR sensor slots.

NOTE: Manual shift lever must be in the neutral position.





7. Tighten the bolts.





8. With the manual lever in overdrive connect the shift lever control cable.
9. Install the digital TR sensor electrical connector.
10. Lower the vehicle.
11. Connect the battery ground cable.
12. If equipped with air suspension, reactivate the system by turning on the air suspension switch.
