A/C Cycling Switch

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the junction block splash shield.







3. Disconnect the cable ends.







4. Remove the junction block bracket.
1 Disengage the connector.
2 Remove the screws.
3 Remove the junction block bracket.







5. Disconnect the A/C cycling pressure switch electrical connector.







6. Remove the A/C cycling switch from the top of the suction accumulator/drier.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Lubricate the O-ring seal with PAG Compressor Oil F7AZ-19589-DA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
2. Carry out the refrigerant system Leak Detection.
