Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the inner fender splash shield.

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors and separate the wiring from the secondary air pump.

4. Remove the secondary air pump.
^ Disconnect and remove the pump-to-valve air tube.
^ Remove the bolt and nut, remove the secondary air pump.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
