Remove the steering column cover panel.

Remove the LH instrument panel finish panel.

Remove the eight screws.

Remove the instrument panel finish panel.

Remove the LH panel register.

Remove the screws.

Pry back the lock tabs.

Remove the LH panel register.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
