Overhead Dome/Map Lamp Assembly

REMOVAL







1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the lamp cover assembly.
^ Pull down on the lamp cover assembly.







3. Position the overhead dome/map lamp assembly aside.
1 Release the retaining tabs.
2 Position the dome/map lamp assembly aside.
3 Remove visor receptacles.







4. Remove the overhead dome/map lamp assembly.
1 Disconnect the lamp switch electrical connector.
2 Remove the overhead dome/map lamp assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 mi) or more to relearn the strategy.
