Torque Specifications
Cylinder HeadLoosely install new bolts.
Tighten the RH bolts in six stages in the sequence shown.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
- Stage 3: Loosen the bolts a minimum of one full turn.
- Stage 4: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
- Stage 5: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
- Stage 6: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
Loosely install new bolts.
Tighten the LH bolts in six stages in the sequence shown.
- Stage 1: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
- Stage 3: Loosen the bolts a minimum of one full turn.
- Stage 4: Tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
- Stage 5: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
- Stage 6: Tighten an additional 85 - 95 degrees.
Camshaft Sprocket
Tighten to 110-130 Nm (82-95 lb/ft).
Intake Manifold
Tighten the bolts and studs in the sequence shown.
LH Exhaust Manifold
RH Exhaust Manifold
