Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plenum chamber.
2. Remove the instrument cluster.
3. Remove the passenger side air bag.







4. Remove the demister screw (RH shown, LH similar).







5. Remove the screws and remove the defroster duct.







6. Remove the driver side panel duct screw.







7. Remove the driver side panel duct center screw.







8. Remove the screw and the driver side demister nozzle.







9. Remove the panel screw and remove the driver side panel duct and the demister nozzle.







10. Remove the passenger side panel duct screw.







11. Remove the passenger side panel duct screw and remove the panel duct.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
