Normal Operation
The keyless entry remote transmitters and the vehicle security module use a rolling code to prevent the codes from being "captured" by a code grabber. The system advances the counter in the keyless entry remote transmitter and in the vehicle security module every time a keyless entry remote transmitter button is pressed.

Possible Causes
- vehicle security module DTC B2425 will set if the keyless entry remote transmitter is pressed a substantial number of times while outside the range of the vehicle.
