Normal Operation
Under normal operation the delay accessory relay receives power from the central junction box (CJB). The instrument cluster module (ICM) grounds the delay accessory relay through circuit 1004 (LB/RD) and then the accessory delay relay provides power to the front power window control switch through circuit 400 (LB/BK).

Possible Causes
- Faulty CJB.
- Inoperative ICM.
- Open in circuit 1004 (LB/RD) or circuit 400 (LB/BK).
- Inoperative delay accessory relay.
