Global Positioning System Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

NOTE: The telematics control module must he reconfigured upon replacement. Refer to Module Communications Network (Information Bus).

2. Remove the rear seat backrest.







3. Remove the pin-type retainers and remove the luggage compartment front cover.







4. Remove the telematics control module.
^ Disconnect the electrical connectors.
^ Remove the 3 screws.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure
