Normal Operation
The EPB 2-way motor receives power from circuit 32-CG19 (WH/VT) or 32-CG19 (YE/VT), depending on the direction of the motor revolution. When the EPB is applied, circuit 32-CG19 (WH/VT) is equal to the battery voltage and circuit 32-CG19 (YE/VT) is equal to 0 volts. When the EPB is released, 32-CR19 (YE/VT)is equal to 0 volts and 33-CT19 (YE/VT)is equal to the battery voltage. Otherwise both circuits are at one half of the battery voltage.
Possible Causes
^ circuit 32-CG19 (WH/VT) open
^ circuit 32-CG19 (YE/VT) open
^ EPB actuator
^ EPB module
CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
