Material

Removal
1. Remove and discard the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts and position the brake caliper anchor plate aside.
2. Mark a wheel stud and the corresponding brake disc lug hole.
^ This ensures the lowest front brake disc runout is maintained during reassembly.

3. Remove the brake disc.

Installation
1. Clean any rust or debris from brake disc and wheel hub.
^ Use brake parts cleaner to clean the front brake disc and hub surfaces.

2. Apply a thin coat of high temperature nickel anti seize lubricant to the hub flange.
3. Install the brake disc, aligning the marks on the disc and the wheel stud.
4. Position the brake caliper anchor plate and install 2 new bolts.
^ To install, tighten to 103 Nm (76 ft. lbs.).
